1. Mode of study Full-time/Extramural
2. Programme requirements
- Theoretical training (214,5 ECTS credits) of subjects in form of audition classes (lecture, seminar, practical classes) and independent work. Block of standard subjects that ensure grounding of bachelors of management consists of 132,5 ECTS credits. The block of selective subjects is 82 ECTS credits;
- Execution of 4 course works and projects (9 ECTS credits);
- Passing the training of pre-diploma practices (7,5 ECTS credits);
- The final state attestation of bachelor in the form of defense of bachelor's diploma project (thesis) (15 ECTS credits).
The credits are included for students in case of success (evaluation criteria are listed in Section 4.4) passing tests or exams of courses and defense of the bachelor's diploma project (thesis).
The competences acquired:
Knowledge and understanding:
- knowledge of fundamental economic disciplines (economics, statistics, theory of economic analysis, economics of enterprise, planning of activity, basics of finances, accounting and taxation) and theory of management and administration (theory of organization, strategic management, operation management, administrative management, human resource management, marketing, management of international economic activity); - understanding of the structure of organization as an object for management, mission of organization and processes in it, and functions of a manager; - knowledge of principles and system of state and regional management; - knowledge of methods for evaluation of social and private efficiency of investment; - knowledge of basics of technology and organization of production in forest sector, understanding of specific features of forest sector organizations; - understanding of interaction between the economic and ecological systems, importance of environmental constraints of activity, knowledge of fundamentals of modern environmental-economic theory, mechanisms for sustainability of socio-economic systems and greening the economy, and instruments for managing the environmental impact of economic activity; - knowledge of economic-mathematical methods and computer software; - knowledge of basics of law, politology, sociology, and history of Ukraine; - knowledge of foreign language for professional communication.
Application of knowledge and understanding:
- ability to perform general functions of management for primary jobs by fulfilling mainly administrative and operational and minor heuristic work procedures in the following professional activity areas: informational-analytical, organizational-managerial, administrative, economic, marketing, accounting and control. - ability to make operational decisions and perform functional and information preparation of decisions; - ability to perform operational management of primary structural units (linear or functional) in organizations of different types, projection, planning of purpose of activity, human resource management, and control of activity; - ability to perform skills in managing subordinate staff like technical servants of minor specialists; - ability to perform operational management of production, investment, financial-economic, marketing activity of organization, management of international economic activity and logistics;
- skills in use of information system of organization and ability to improve it for analysis and decision-making; - skills in diagnostics of the state of organization based on the analysis of technical, economic, and other indicators, ability to evaluate the impact of the environment of the organization on its performance;
- ability to found changes in activity of the organization aimed at its development; - ability to organize the team work effectively and to manage conflicts; - ability to perform general functions of management for primary jobs in forest sector organizations; - ability to start small and medium-size business;
- ability to perform job task while recognizing the impact of environmental limits and values on the attainment of economic purposes; ability to make decisions in line with the conception of sustainability.
Making judgments:
- ability to make judgments about the efficiency of organization and its structural units, weaknesses and strengths, threats and opportunities; - ability to identify and formulate problems in the activity of the organization and its structural units, to make conclusions about their causes and to define options for increasing the performance efficiency; - ability to make judgments concerning the extent of compliance of the organization activity with the legislation, contracts, and ethics; - ability to predict the environmental consequences of decisions and to evaluate the environmental-economic performance of the organization.

2. Programme requirements
Learner must satisfy the programme requirements in the Programme Specification, which includes:
- Theoretical studies (63 ECTS credits) of courses in the form of classes (lectures, seminars, workshops) and individual work. Block of normative disciplines that provides training of Master in Management of Organizations and Administration – 29 ECTS credits. Block of selective courses 34 ECTS credits;
- Fulfillment of the course project on feasibility study of investment project (3 ECTS credits);
- practical training (internship) pre-diploma practice (3 ECTS credits);
- Final state certification in the form of Master's thesis writing (15 ECTS credits).
Credits are assigned to the student when he/she successfully (see Grading scheme in 4.4) passes written (or oral) tests and examinations in subjects, defends course papers, reports results of his/her practical training, passes final examinations.
The competences acquired:
Knowledge and understanding:
- knowledge of methodological principles of organization management, public authorities and local governments;
- understanding the processes of quality management, project management and changes management, patterns of functioning labour protection system and personnel management;
- knowledge of legal regulation of environmental protection, intellectual property, operation of enterprises and business associations;
- understanding the essence of natural resources use and implementation of business processes on the basis of sustainable development, instruments and trends of greening of economic processes and other spheres of social activity;
- knowledge of approaches to the development of environmental management system at the organizational, local and state level;
- knowledge of basic capabilities to use modern information technologies to solve management problems;
- understanding the methodological principles of scientific research and application of scientific approaches to solving urgent management problems.
Application of knowledge and understanding:
- the ability to design effective organizational structures, prove application of methods and management styles according to a set of situational factors;
- shape policy of organizational management, particularly relating to harmonious coexistence with the environment and society;
- prove management decisions using modern methodological approaches;
- perform scientific research directed to solve urgent issues in sphere of organizational management;
- generate an effective personnel management, quality management, project management and change management systems.
Making judgments:
- graduates must be prepared to make conclusions on the effectiveness of management in terms of its separate elements;
- formulate scientific problems in the sphere of organizational management;
- the ability to generalize key aspects of the organization activity and make decisions on formation of its strategy objectives;
- make conclusions about the causes and consequences of conflicts in the organization;
- to diagnose changes in the external environment of the organization and to develop measures to adapt the organization to these changes.
